The relationship with them started off very well. I am interested in them with bigger and bigger orders. I had a very time sensitive order to produce and day had a very big manufacturer defect. All of the sizing was two sizes bigger than the sample ends. Now I am asking them for a full refund, but they only want to give me a small part of it . This is unfair as my order was over $8000. They have no respect or value towards good customers and they’re making an impossible to give me my refund.
